The international sales agent will be responsible for promoting GRED’s global portfolio.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Source and grow your network of potential buyers within a target area
  • Registration and qualification of new enquiries
  • Responding to enquiries generated in a professional manner
  • Interacting with clients to offer a first-class service and act as an ambassador for our brand
  • Manage and outsource viewing to the international team and partners
  • Obtaining feedback, generating offers, negotiating and closing deals
  • Liaising with solicitors to ensure deals are exchanged and completed smoothly
  • Maintaining good relationships with previous applicants in order to generate future sales
  • Successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining records on internal databases at all times

  • Proven track record of sourcing and winning new businesses
  • Sales progression – seeing the process through to completion

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing director who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. The Marketing Director will report directly to the management team.

 

Objectives of this Role

  • Handle day-to-day coordination of all marketing initiatives, ensuring timely response on all deliverables
  • Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Assist in the development of launch strategies, including publicity efforts and events
  • Collaborate on all creative outputs (including, but not limited to branding guidelines, creative campaigns, renderings, e-blasts, websites, and marketing collateral), offering input and compiling team feedback to deliver clear, cohesive directives to third-party vendors
  • Manage e-mail marketing campaigns, from conceptualization/planning to preparing content briefs, coordinating with creative agencies, reviewing creative, and arranging deployment with in-house teams
  • Collaborate on social media outputs: review content calendars, provide input and direction related to tone and voice, and coordinate with creative agencies and in-house teams for deployment as needed
  • Collaborate with management team on the creation of scope-of-work requirements for third-party vendors and manage RFP process
  • Provide event support from conceptualization through execution in support of project team
  • Provide direction and shot lists to photographers and videographers, attending shoots as needed
  • Coordinate ongoing initiatives with strategic partners for projects, where applicable
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (real estate industry preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Turkish and English)
  • Solid knowledge of the Turkish real estate market and sales processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work on multiple parallel paths, and juggle varying internal and external demands with professionalism and poise
  • Interest in copywriting and ability to review document and collateral for accuracy and grammar
  • Exemplary written and editorial skills and eye for graphic design
  • Team player mindset with demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of client relationship management
  • Exceptional timeline management and communication skills, including ability to “issuespot” and anticipate potential delays
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to think on both a micro and macro level as related to all aspects of each project’s marketing efforts
  • Comfortable understanding of technology, digital marketing, and advertising

Job Description

In this role, the sales director will help develop, manage, and execute sales strategies for GRED’s new developments and secondary properties in Turkey. In addition to ensuring sales success, the sales director will play a leading role in managing GRED’s new office opening, support the international sales team and elevate the overall GRED brand in Turkey.

 

Role and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation

  • Take responsibility for the financial performance of your branch and drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, surpassing both personal and team targets
  • Identify, recruit, mentor and manage teams
  • Develop professional relationships with colleagues and clients; to which a strong attention to detail is essential, to manage the administrative aspects, legislations and confidentiality
  • Ensure action item workflow is maintained and optimised
  • Support the international sales team to generate leads and identify opportunities

Collaboration with Marketing and Management Team

  • Collaborate to ensure knowledge of market conditions in the Turkish market, and analyze data for marketing and sales optimization
  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, including the identification and creation of new referral channels
  • Collaborate to ensure all client facing formal communications, sales reports, and documents meet company and brand standards
  • Collaborate to build training material to enhance the sales process
  • Develop, maintain and optimise sales and operating procedures to enable GRED to scale and deliver marketing and sales services consistently

Marketing Demand Generation

  • Support the marketing team in delivering an impactful and sustainable online presence
  • Track and manage all collateral, online/digital and sales environment(s) to ensure accuracy
  • Through reporting and analysis, identify the performance of the initiatives and make recommendations to optimize marketing spend and create qualified leads for sales

Business Development

  • Help identify new prospects for business development based on the pipeline that meet GRED’s criteria and business model
  • Collaborate on business development to help GRED drive new business

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales environment, preferably within luxury real estate, high-end retail or five-star hospitality environment
  • Previous sales experience, including sourcing and winning new businesses, seeing the process through from start to completion
  • Knowledge of residential, new construction, urban real estate - preferably in Istanbul
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines and budgets, and coordinating the efforts of other team members
  • Licensed real estate agent or broker
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in his/her chosen profession
  • Passion and eye to great design, marketing and real estate with problem-solving approaches, and attention to detail and accuracy
  • High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively prepare reports
  • Professional in demeanour and appearance
  • A self-starter, efficient, and a "team player"
  • English proficiency is required
