Located in one of London's most sought after areas overlooking Hyde Park, Park Modern represents the most ambitious park-side architecture to-date. 52 apartments, 3 penthouse and 2 mews houses with spectacular, south facing views over Kensington Gardens, completing in 2022. Park Modern faces the park from the south, allowing residents to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from their apartments, which range from a 1-bed to a 9-bed penthouse.

The architecture firm PLP’s design was inspired by the surrounding parkland, with the curves representing the organic shapes of nature. Every property, from the studios to the penthouses, will have access to outdoor space in some capacity, whether that be a balcony or a wider terrace.
